TrustSender website
Early-access terms
Last updated July 18, 2026
These terms apply to this website and to requests to participate in the TrustSender design-partner pilot. A selected pilot may require additional written terms before mail routing or testing begins.
Prototype status
TrustSender is a working prototype under active development. Early access is for controlled evaluation and feedback. It is not a promise of production availability, uninterrupted operation, or a particular release date.
Requesting early access
You must provide accurate information and have authority over any custom domain you propose for a pilot. Submitting a request expresses interest only. It does not guarantee selection, create a paid service relationship, or authorize TrustSender to change your domain or email configuration.
Controlled pilot use
- Use only a domain and receiving addresses you are authorized to control.
- Begin with a low-risk domain and review TrustSender decisions throughout the pilot.
- Do not use the prototype for unlawful activity, abuse, unsolicited bulk email, or attempts to bypass another person’s privacy or security.
- Do not rely on the prototype as the sole safeguard for urgent, regulated, safety-critical, or business-critical communications.
Email decisions and availability
Email delivery depends on sending systems, DNS, authentication, network conditions, receiving systems, and pilot configuration. TrustSender decisions may be incomplete or incorrect while the product is being tested. Design partners are expected to review activity and report unexpected outcomes.
Feedback and product materials
You keep ownership of your information and domain. TrustSender and Phoenix Business Solutions retain ownership of the website, prototype, software, branding, and documentation. You may provide feedback voluntarily; we may use that feedback to improve the product without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how the website handles early-access information. A selected pilot may require additional privacy and data-handling terms appropriate to its scope.
Ending participation
You may withdraw an early-access request or ask to end pilot discussions. We may decline or end participation when a proposed use is unsafe, outside the pilot’s scope, or cannot be supported responsibly.
