Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact email, custom domain, current mail provider, approximate inbound volume, unwanted-mail scenario, comfort with changing MX records, and consent to be contacted.

The site also records limited technical information associated with a submission, including the referring page and browser user-agent string. We use a hidden anti-abuse field and short duplicate-submission checks to protect the form.

How we use the information

• Respond to your early-access request.
• Assess whether your domain and scenario fit a controlled design-partner pilot.
• Plan pilot onboarding, support, and product research.
• Protect the form and website from abuse.

Submitting the form does not authorize TrustSender to access your mailbox, change DNS records, or process your email. Any pilot involving those activities requires a separate, explicit onboarding decision.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Early-access requests are stored using the hosted services that operate this site. We do not sell or rent the information you submit. We may provide it to service providers that operate the website, or disclose it when required by law.

We retain early-access information only while it is reasonably needed to evaluate, communicate about, or operate the pilot, and to meet legitimate security or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your early-access information, or ask us to stop contacting you about the pilot. Contact richard.reukema@trustsender.email.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the prototype and pilot evolve. The date at the top identifies the current version.
